  • Release: Right-click a fish to release it back into the water. Gain XP for respecting legal length limits.

Average Price per Lbs.

Prices for fish vary, and the average price per pound is calculated based on the weight of the fish. Visit the Fish Market to sell your catch and earn some extra cash.

Each type of fish comes with a legal length limit that players should adhere to. When catching fish, make sure they meet or exceed the specified legal length. Here are the legal length limits for common fish:

  • Example Fish:

    • Legal Length: 20 inches

    • If the caught fish measures below this limit, it's considered illegal and you should release it. Releasing a fish under the legal limit will yield XP.

Roleplay Consequences

In the world of CALRP, violations of fishing regulations can have consequences. Law enforcement or wildlife officials may issue citations or even arrest individuals for breaking fishing laws, such as:

  • Keeping Undersized Fish:

    • Players found in possession of fish below the legal length could be subject to fines or citations. In cases of repeated violations, individuals may face arrest, and their fishing equipment might be confiscated.
